My Friday Night Adventure -Peshwari Tangdi Kabab

Tangdi kabab

Friday night’s are sometimes adventure and sometimes boring. Everyone of us were craving for tangadi kabab for a very long time especially Hyderabadi style and I was looking forward to experiment something new. So finally decided to make tangadi kabad…it came out really good and very unique taste. Tried the recipe from Sanjeev kapoor’s Khana Kazana…the only difference is that I marinated with little tamrind paste and added little red color.

Note: Try it on Pizza stone…it’s a completely different taste.
