Ingredients:
2 cups Semiya
1 tbsp Ghee/oil
1/4 th cup Grated Coconut
5 Green chilies
Mixed Frozen vegetables
2 tbsp Oil
1/4 the tsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tbsp Urad Dal
few Curry leaves
1-1/2 cup Water
Salt for taste.
Method
Fry Semiya in little Butter or oil for little while.
Take it out and keep separate.
In a vessel, put little oil. When oil is hot put the Mustard seeds, Urad dal and Curry leaves.
Add the lengthwise cut Green chillies. (If u like more spicy, add more green chilies.)
Add the water and let it boil. (The quantity of water could be changed depending on the type of semiya you use.)
Add the semiya to the Water and let it cook. Add salt as well.
Once the semiy is almost cooked, add the coconut.
Remove after 3-4 minutes. You can garnish the Semiya Upma with coriandre leaves, if you like it.
