Kalla Channa Curry & Stuffed Banana Pepper Fry – The Potluck Event
These days I became crazy about my garden, I should say it became a passion to grow some vegetables in my backyard. Every day it became a habit for me to check on the plants and try to count how many vegetables I have got.
This week I found lot of banana peppers, and was looking for a “recipe”, suddenly I thought of making stuffed Banana pepper fry, it is my grandma’s recipe; usually she makes them with bell pepper. However, to go with the pepper fry I wanted something gravy, some curry…I had some black chickpea in refrigerator and wanted to try Alka’s “black chickpeas in gravy ” recipe from Sindhi Rasoi. I followed her recipe and it turned out really good.
I served all these dishes with Jeera rice and Pulka’s
You can find the recipe of Stuffed Pepper fry over here ; just follow the same ingredients except I used different pepper.
This is my entry for “BB6- The Potluck Edition ” hosted by Nupur at One Hot Stove
